Arnaud is the Founder and Managing Partner of CAP. His career began at SG Warburg (now UBS) working in the Equity Capital Markets, M&A and Financial Sponsors groups. He later joined Shore Capital in 2001 where he was the Head of Private Equity Placements with a specific focus on real estate. In 2003 he established Capital Alliance Partners and has since advised, structured, invested and raised capital for numerous transactions ranging from single asset projects as well as real estate funds, both in high growth emerging economies and special opportunities in developed markets.

Melissa began her career in consulting for Deloitte & Touche and has since then worked in hotel finance and development for Marriott International in Europe, Bear Stearns in New York, and the Kor Group based in LA. Her focus is advisory services for luxury resort developments worldwide.
Melissa has a BS from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.

Tony focuses on business development particularly in the hotel and hospitality, residential and destination club sectors. Tony has been an entrepreneur for the past 14 years in various real estate related companies. Most recently, he co-founded Shanah Inc. a company that provides a turnkey community management solution to developers of master-planned residential communities. Tony is responsible for private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, funds and high net worth individuals.

Steven began his career at Salomon Smith Barney in New York where he spent 4 years in the Investment Banking Division, participating in over US$16 billion in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Subsequently he was a Vice President at Latona Associates in New York, a private equity firm with a diversified portfolio of operating companies.
Most recently, Steve worked as a partner at Blenheim Partners, a real estate capital and development firm that has successfully acquired and developed numerous residential and commercial properties in the United States.

Philip Kendall |

Philip Kendall has spent 30 years in investment
banking and real estate in London and New York. First at Baring Brothers
he concentrated on UK/US cross border transactions, both industrial
and property related. This was followed by 3 years as a real estate
principal at his own New York firm, Manhattan Capital Partners. On
returning to the UK he spent 12 years on the board of Samuel Montagu
in charge of their corporate finance origination unit. Most recently
he was for 8 years a senior partner of
PricewaterhouseCoopers, where as Head of Lead Advisory he developed
the firm's market leadership in UK public-to-private takeovers. A
number of these involved major hotel and property groups, their institutional
shareholders and bank lenders.
Philip graduated from Balliol College Oxford with a BA Honours in
English, followed by a DpBA at Manchester Business School. |
