Arnaud started his career as an investment banker working in corporate finance and equity capital markets at UBS Warburg in London. His areas of focus while at UBS was technology, telecoms and large privatisations. In 2001 he joined London based Shore Capital Group as the Head of the Private Equity Financial Sponsors team, where he focussed primarily on technology and real estate transactions.Arnaud founded CAP in 2004 and has since been responsible for over 40 successful advisory strategic capital mandates across the alternative asset spectrum with a particular focus on real estate, private equity and venture capital. Arnaud is a board member of Riva Asset Management in Luxembourg, Partner at Sway Ventures and senior advisor to Life Science Partners (a leading global healthcare investor).
Arnaud holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam University (the Netherlands) and is an FCA registered representative.
Philip has spent 30 years in investment banking and real estate in London and New York. First at Baring Brothers he concentrated on UK/US cross border transactions, both industrial and property related. This was followed by 3 years as a real estate principal at his own New York firm, Manhattan Capital Partners.On returning to the UK he spent 12 years on the board of Samuel Montagu in charge of their corporate finance origination unit. Most recently he was for 8 years a senior partner of PriceWaterHouseCoopers, where as Head of Lead Advisory he developed the firm’s market leadership in UK public-to-private takeovers. A number of these involved major hotel and property groups, their institutional shareholders and bank lenders.
Philip graduated from Balliol College Oxford with a BA Honours in English, followed by a DpBA at Manchester Business School.
Dhruv’s arena of expertise is within Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure and with strong investor network in the Middle East and Asia. Previously, Dhruv represented an Investment Office in China and following which Dhruv was Asset Allocation Director at Strategic Assets Partners LLP in London.
Dhruv graduated in Economics from Warwick University and earned his MSc thereafter from the London School of Economics.
Adam’s area of expertise is within Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge Funds focussed on the US market. He also serves as a Partner of the venture capital firm Sway Ventures. Previously, he led all business development at CommonWealth Opportunity Capital, a global macro hedge fund, from inception to assets in excess of $1.25 billion. Adam joined CommonWealth from Drobny Global, a macro-focused research firm where he was responsible for manager selection, portfolio management and business development for the firm’s global macro fund. Additionally, Adam worked at Goldman Sachs covering institutions on the municipal securities desk from 2004 to 2009 and began his career with UBS in New York.
Adam attended Miami University in Ohio where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
